Halfouine Dance are a group of women and an oud player drawn together by their love of dance and the Goddess stories & myths.
Hannah Corr
Hannah (pictured as Goddess Caller) is Ahlam’s Director and Choreographer. She is passionate about many forms of dance and holistic health & spirituality.
Gaynor Corr
Gaynor (pictured as Baubo) is a social worker and sewing Queen! As well as making all the costumes for Ahlam, she runs The Costume Goddess, a site for her beautiful handmade cloaks & dresses.
Catherine Capeling
Catherine (pictured as Baubo) is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Artist and one of Ahlam’s costume creators. She loves the dance and also working on her vegetable allotment!
Gwen Davies
Gwen (pictured as Warrior) is an artist and jewellery maker. Gwen’s gorgeous, innovative art is used on the posters and tickets for Ahlam. To see her creations visit gwendavies.com.
Sarah Fisher
Sarah (pictured as Goddess Caller) is a creative writer and Handfasting Celebrant. She is also Ahlam’s web-monkey and has her own site at starfishmoontree.net.
Sue Foley
Sue (pictured as Kali) is a bellydance lover and an original member of the South Wales performance group Desert Divas.
Leanne Giles
Leanne (pictured as Kali) is a Primary School Teacher who works in the medium of Welsh and has a love of healing and spirituality.
Lyndsay Miller

Lyndsay (pictured as Gaia) is a Primary School Teacher and fount of knowledge about all things musical. She is a violinist for the Cardiff Philharmonic Orchestra.
Helen Mitchell
Helen (pictured as Inanna) is an Assistant Psychologist working in Mental Health. She enjoys Buddhist Meditation, travelling and also dabbles in Pottery!
Eliza Templeton
Eliza (pictured as Gaia) trained in theatre studies in her home-town of Sydney and is Ahlam’s Make-up Artist. She is a stay-at-home mum and is passionate about holistic birth and childcare.
Lydia Malings
Ahlam's Narrator. Lydia works in the media and enjoys the cinema, coffee houses and New Orleans culture.
Scott Baker
Ahlam's Musician. Scott is a multi-instrumentalist playing the oud, sitar and Arabic drum for the show. He has lots of other projects that you can check out at myspace.
