Class dance at Zahra al Layl

Hannah’s workshops use Middle Eastern dance, stories, myths and costuming to experience the world’s Goddesses. They cover all range of emotions in the human experience, are suitable for all level of dancer from beginner to advanced and are relaxed, light-hearted and transformative. So far she has held workshops on the Goddesses Bast, Brigid, Gaia, Kali, Baubo and Oshun using dance styles from Egyptian to Hula. For details of classes click here.

Journey of Inanna

Chepstow (venue tbc depending on numbers) 10 – 4pm
Through sacred drama, dance, moving meditation, guided visualisation, writing, singing, craft making and drumming you will join the Goddess Inanna on her journey to meet Ereshkighal. The contraction and withdrawal of the earth’s energies underground makes November an ideal time for this experience. Like Inanna, you may also come to realise what is meaningful to you.
The journey will be led by Hannah Corr and Helen Roberts – both experienced leaders of women’s spirituality workshops. Mid-session refreshments will be provided. Please bring a dish to share for lunch.
