Class dance at Zahra al Layl

Hannah’s workshops use Middle Eastern dance, stories, myths and costuming to experience the world’s Goddesses. They cover all range of emotions in the human experience, are suitable for all level of dancer from beginner to advanced and are relaxed, light-hearted and transformative. So far she has held workshops on the Goddesses Bast, Brigid, Gaia, Kali, Baubo and Oshun using dance styles from Egyptian to Hula. For details of classes click here.

HOLISTIC BELLYDANCE – UNIVERSITY OF GLAMORGAN SUMMER SCHOOL

Through the use of belly dance, costume and colour we will explore how this dance and the Goddess stories can help women regain their physical, emotional and mental strength.

Let this bawdy old crone from Greek mythology help you find humour & delight in your body
